Men’s Roundup and CB Northwest invite you to bring your men’s ministry leadership team to this year’s Men’s Leadership Equipping Retreat. Our theme is “Leading Like You Mean It: Leadership Skills Every Ministry Needs.” We will look at four specific characteristics needed to move men through a discipling process. It is not intended to explore the specifics of discipling, but rather the characteristics needed to move ministry.
We believe you and your team will benefit from our investigation of the necessary characteristics for leading ministry. We seek to bring Biblical challenge and specific ministry leadership skills at every session. Attending as a team allows opportunity for active discussion, brainstorming, and planning for implementation.
The axiom, “As the men go, so goes the church,” is unquestionably true. Aware of the importance God places on male leadership, we are asking you to strongly consider attending this retreat with your men. We are committed to providing challenge, time to think and brainstorm, and good food, all in the inspiring setting of Camp Tadmor.
We will look forward to greeting you and your men.
