Dear Pastor and Men’s Ministry Coordinator,

Men’s Roundup and CB Northwest invite you and your key men’s ministry leaders and workers to this year’s Men’s Ministry Equipping Retreat on January 29-30, 2010 at Camp Tadmor. Our theme is “Choosing to Resolve.” We are going to look at an important area in the development of men’s spiritual maturity. How he leads his home, leads in the church, and carries the Gospel into his environments is directly related to him resolving sin that impacts his life.

When the leadership of a church endeavors to create environments of truth and relationships of grace, the climate for dealing with acts of sin is enhanced. How men process the sins they commit that lead to guilt or the sins committed against them that create hurt is one of the greatest challenges in becoming a healthy man of God.

Most men will choose to hide the guilt and the hurt behind a mask. What God wants us to do is to “Choose to Resolve.” This year’s Men’s Equipping Retreat will focus on how to deal with the acts of sin that lead to guilt and hurt by teaching the principles from God’s word on how to “Choose to Resolve.” Being able to resolve sin in our own life and the ability to help other men choose to resolve sin is a necessary part of developing men who minister.

We have stated many times, “As the men go, so goes the church.” The truth of this axiom is reinforced when one studies the importance God places on male leadership.

Please strongly consider attending this year’s Men’s Ministry Equipping Retreat with your team. We will challenge you and give you time to process and share around great meals. It will all happen in the beautiful setting of Camp Tadmor.
