Cabin Policy
Cabins are assigned to CBNW church groups on a first come, first served basis. Two cabins are available for smaller church groups who will share a cabin. Cabin reservations require a minimum of 9 campers (5 for half-cabin).
Early Arrival Policy
- Camp Tadmor opens at 4:00pm Thursday afternoon. (Please, no early arrivals before that time.)
- Camp spaces may be reserved after 4:00pm Thursday.
- There is no charge for unoccupied RV's or tents left overnight Thursday.
- There is a $5.00 per person charge for those staying overnight Thursday night (pay at Registration Tent).
Registration Times
- Friday, 10:00 am - 7:15 pm at the Registration Tent.
- Saturday, 8:00 am -12:00 pm at the Registration Tent.
Please Note
Camp Tadmor is a rustic camping facility in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. If you have concerns in regard to mobility while at Women's Camp, please contact the Tadmor staff and they will gladly assist you (541.451.4270 ext. 26). Handicapped parking is available with state-issued parking permits.
This is a well attended camping event for women. Thank you, in advance, for not bringing children or pets (service dogs are welcome).
What to Bring
Bible, notebook, pen, bedroll, warm coat, comfortable shoes, personal items, towel, swimsuit, flashlight, and money for State Project, crafts, books, tapes, coffee, etc.
