Things to Keep in Mind
Dwell
Cabin space is limited and may be reserved by church groups only. Basic tent and RV spaces are available on the Forum Field and in the Camping Loops. Remember to bring deocrations for the Home Away from Home tour.
Gather
Four general sessions will feature guest speakers and musicians. Optional workshops are available on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon.
Recreate
Swimming, canoeing, high-ropes course, ping pong, volleyball, giant swing, water slide, disc golf and crafts are some of the activities for you to enjoy.
Essentials
Bedding, towel, personal items, casual clothes, swim suit, warm coat or rain coat, flashlight, Bible, pen. Optional: extra money for books, CD’s, coffee and mission offering.
Early Arrival Policy
If you would like to extend your weekend, you may come to camp on Thursday. Please no arrivals or overnighters before 4:00 pm Thursday. Minimum overnight fee for Thursday night is $5 per person. Payment is to be made at the Registration Tent.
Registration Times
- Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm at the Registration Tent.
- Saturday, 8:00 am -12:00 pm at the Registration Tent.
Accessibility
Camp Tadmor is a rustic camping facility in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. If you have concerns in regard to mobility while at Women's Camp, please contact the Tadmor staff and they will gladly assist you (541-451-4270 ext. 26). Handicapped parking is available with state-issued parking permits.
Please Note
To promote a healthy picture of community as we live in close proximity, please consider the following information:
- This is a well-attended camping event for women who are high school age and older. Patience is appreciated while waiting for meals and showers. Thank you, in advance, for not bringing children or pets (service dogs are welcome).
- Cooperation with the parking crew and policies is necessary to keep everyone flowing.
- Enjoy camp fires, but only in designated fire circles.
- Please no soliciting or sales.
- RV campers should plan on being self-contained, sites with electrical and water hookups are limited.
- Ample great camping spaces are available on a first come, first served bases.
- A full service espresso bar is available in the Cedar Creek Coffee Shop.
- Souvenirs and basic toiletries are available for purchase in the Camp Store. Other services life fuel, hospital, and supplies are 20 miles away.
- Cell phone service is limited. A pay phone is available for us. Emergency messages may be left at 541-401-8311.
