Convergence Fact Sheet

Requirements

Each Convergence student must have a mentor and be significantly financed by the sending church. It is necessary for each student to confirm ministry involvement (i.e. full-time, part-time, intern).

Training Areas

Intensives are comprised of the seven training areas of Theography, Transformation, Mission, Love, Community, Leadership and Supernatural, delivered by means of a multi-faceted approach, utilizing a matrix of educational processes.

Application Process

Mentor: Church health and mentoring capacity are evaluated.

Student: The application process will affirm gifting and calling, relying on the local church for leadership approval and consecration.

Finances

The Convergence year begins in January and is comprised of seven Intensives; price per intensive is $400.

Paid in Full Annually $2500

We strongly encourage the local church to commit sizeable financial support for each student intern.

Schedule

Intensives are typically scheduled during the months of January, February, April, May, September, October, and November; they begin at 8 AM Thursday and conclude by 4 PM Saturday.

Applications for the 2009 Convergence Cohort are available; they are due no later than November 21, 2008.
