Training

CB Northwest offers a variety of training opportunities. Some are events scheduled regularly through the year, and others are available to your church or area assocation as needed.

Elder Training

Our Relational Edlers Training covers the biblical qualifications, roles and responsbilities of being an elder. CB Northwest offers retreats for elders several times each year. You can also request to have an elder retreat specifically for your church or area association

Interim Training

CB Northwest provides training for those serving churches in transition. This training addresses the four levels of assistance available to those churches. Subjects covered include how the CB Northwest office works with churches who need and have interims, how we work with interims, how an interim works with a churchh to bring it to a point of health, and how one leaves the interim position when the church has found a new pastor.
