Summer Camp

All summer long are options for kids grades 3-12, ranging from 3 to nights. Our theme this year is The Hive: Bees thrive within the context of their designed social relationships, so also do people within a church. Join us this summer for some bee humor as we buzz through God's plan for your life in His hive.

SAW Team (Servants at Work)

The SAW team will participate in everything from cutting wood, serving pancakes, cleaning restrooms, kitchen crew, campfires, team times, SWAT (servants working at Tadmor) games, and so much more. Our desire is to give the student the opportunity to use his or her energy to serve, and to give the leader(s) the opportunity to invest into the lives of their students.

Sons of Thunder

This gathering is aimed at providing a space for the men of your church to live out their calling of healthy fatherhood. The weekend is not driven by new information on how to be a father or son, but by intentional experiences that allow you to be dad and boys to be son's as God intended. This is also a great event to bring the boys that God has put in your path who do not have a father in their home.

Motorcycle Prayer Ride

Some people would see the distance between churches as a barrier. Others see it as an opportunity. The Northwest offers some of the most scenic and pristine motorcycle routes in the world. For the past couple of years a number of churches have committed to 'prayer riding' from church to church. These group prayer rides are a great way to pursue covenant community with those you ride with and with the churches you pray for. This is a great annual trip that has been blessed to see many prayers answered and many new relationships formed. Can't make it for the whole time? Join in for the part you can do.

Women's Camp

We envision an event to bring groups of women from our community of churches together for a time of Refreshment away from normal routines and responsibilities where women are Encouraged to look beyond themselves to build community and redemptive relationships. Women will be Stimulated and challenged to see God's perspective in their lives and have their hearts redirected towards God.

Men's Roundup

Men’s Roundup is a Christian men’s conference and camping retreat held in a forested mountaintop setting at Camp Tadmor in Lebanon, Oregon where men are challenged to believe, obey, connect and lead. Roundup features an inspiring and challenging primary speaker, some well-known guest artists and musicians, biblical teachers leading life challenging action workshop breakout sessions, great food and opportunities for guys to worship, learn, grow, and connect with other guys. Roundup is also a wonderful opportunity to appreciate God’s beautiful creation, hang out with friends, and break a sweat in the Roundup Race or other sports competitions and outdoor recreation activities.

Pastors' Prayer Summit

In Acts 13:1-2, the five leaders of the church at Antioch are described as taking time in “ministering to the Lord and fasting.” There is no indication that they were seeking anything from God. All that we are told is that they were “ministering to the Lord and fasting.” Period. But it is while their hearts are focused on worshipping God and ministering to Him that they are able to hear the voice of His Spirit saying, “Set apart for Me, Barnabas, and Saul…” Had this been the average church in America, a strategic planning session might have been in full swing! But not in Antioch! Their sights were set on God and God alone. What might happen if today’s church leadership were to regularly set aside time to seek the face of God – sit at His feet – be still before Him? What might He reveal to us? What world–changing ministries might God give birth to? Let's gather to seek the face of God as a covenant community.

Pastors' Wives Retreat

For women whose husbands are in pastoral or missionary ministry including those between churches, widowed or in retirement.

Growth Getaway

Growth Getaway is an event aimed at surfacing and training middle school students to be next-generation church leaders. This low-cost, high-impact event will take place at Camp Tadmor on November 2-4 and November 9-11, 2018. Come join us with other churches groups and let Tadmor staff take care of the logistics of a weekend event. This event gets to tap into all the fun stuff at Tadmor while leaving time for students and leaders to connect and build relationships. Please stay tuned in for this year's theme and speaker information to follow.

Men's Equipping Retreat

If you are looking for the next step of training to help you reach your neighbor for Christ, then the Men’s Equipping Retreat is for you. This Roundup-sponsored event is designed to continue the ministry priorities of Roundup in a smaller group setting that is aimed at surfacing and training leaders. Solid biblical teaching and directed opportunities to work those truths into your church context will have great benefit toward accomplishing our mission. Get together with the men you are serving with and make this a strategic time of instruction, planning and equipping for the work that God has set before you.
