Womens Camp

Living with Purpose.

Enjoy a taste of Women's Camp through this video alongside your community of women! Allow God to open your hearts to what He wants you to learn or glean despite not being at Camp Tadmor. Wear your 2020 Women's Camp t-shirt, or an old Women's Camp t-shirt, take a picture and tag @wccbnw on social media, and we'll send everyone in your group a sticker! We're so grateful to Mary and Heather for putting this together for us!

Discussion Questions

  1. Read Colossians 1:9-14. According to Paul's prayer in these verses, what are some of the goals of the Christian life? How can Paul's prayer help us pray better for ourselves? For others?
  2. How does Jesus Christ's life, death and resurrection give our lives purpose or meaning (see Colossians 3:1-4)?
  3. Read Ephesians 2:1-10. How do these verses describe the good news of Jesus? What do we contribute to our salvation? What does verse 10 say about living with purpose?
  4. According to Colossians 3:5-11, what should NOT characterize our lives as Christians? Which of these things are difficult for you to "put off"? How can others encourage you in this?
  5. According to Colossians 3:12-17, what SHOULD characterize our lives as Christians? Which of these things are easy for you? Which are hard? How do these verses help us live with purpose?

Instead of doing a Scavenger Hunt, our committee developed a Women's Camp Challenge you can do from home with your family or housemates.

All who participate will be entered into a drawing for one 2021 Women's Camp registration!

    Here's how it works:

  1. Complete 10 or more items from the Women's Camp 2020 Challenge.
  2. List out and/or share any photos you want of things you complete from the Women's Camp 2020 Challenge by replying to our posts on Instagram or Facebook in the comments. Or email [email protected]!
  3. Tag a friend to like our @wccbnw page on Instagram or Facebook page.
  4. You have until August 21st, 2020, to complete the Women's Camp 2020 Challenge.
Good luck, and have FUN!

Here on the website, we are providing an opportunity to donate online toward the work that has already gone into Women's Camp and to thank Heather, Mary, and everyone involved in putting this together. You are under no obligation to give, but we would be so blessed by anything we receive.

If anyone would like to donate by mail they can send checks to CBNW with "Women's Camp" in the memo line.
